Nature To Nurture - Theresa Bassett

Our 7th SALA Exhibition, Nature to Nurture, featured work from local emerging artist Theresa Bassett. Theresa develops abstract styles of art with bold colours and textures which she says “highlight South Australia’s local landscapes, coastal areas and seasonal changes". Her works that utilises yellows, reds and pinks that represent South Australia’s regenerative state after seasonal changes and bush fires. The pieces using blues and greens celebrate South Australia’s coastlines, winter chills and cool changes.
